Commission Pricing

PLEASE NOTE:  These are all USD amounts.  Please calculate the exchange rate for your area accordingly!

SIGN UP

Please do not use deviantart to commission me.  Send me an email (djanonx@gmail.com) titled “Commission” or or fill out a Google Form for me.  Within the body of the email, please provide a description or some means of reference.  I can improvise, but the more references you provide the better! 

PAYMENT

Once the concept is finalized, I require either the entire payment up front via Paypal or 50% at the beginning and the remaining 50% prior to receiving your work once it has been completed.

In either scenario, a 25% deposit is required.  This means that if for whatever reason you choose to withdraw your commission and would like a refund, you will only receive a maximum of 75% of the price of your commission.  This amount will fluctuate depending on how late in the commission process you choose to withdraw.

DRAFTS

I will keep you posted with drafts periodically, more often for larger projects; for sketches, I generally skip this step unless there are many details that need refining or confirming.  Due to time constraints, I can only allow for two major design changes during this process.

FINAL PRODUCT

If you paid for your commission up front, you will receive your image immediately once it has been completed.  If you paid 50%, I will notify you so that the rest of the payment can be collected first.
